Co-worker praised for one year anniversary? - congratulating a co worker on anniversary
An e-mail today, went to all my colleagues at the end of the first anniversary, to congratulate the head and went on to describe their best and as they expect so well with the company and how we, many years to come! We asked all the congratulations to her.
For them I was not surprised, but only on the fact that I have a score of years two months ago and did not even mention happy.
A colleague came to his first birthday in the summer, and I know it was not mentioned. We (a small company that has no one else is, it was for another year.)
Should I worry that they sent a hello to me? I must say, congratulations to my colleagues, and not above? Is there anything I say or do? Any advice is appreciated.

I think you should keep your boss you really like the idea of e-mails rewarding years in the service of society and providing help, to put reminders in your calendar (or something) the crowd so that everyone has recognized its anniversary with the company, can (who knows, maybe your boss just do not forget that many companies)
